Where is my order coming from? Simone's Slime Shop is located in Covington, GA.
Why is your slime special? Each slime is custom made when an order is placed. Laila hand makes each slime and adds a little bit of love and creativity!
When will my order ship? Our shop ships out orders on Mondays and Thursdays. Orders placed on Monday through Wednesday are shipped out on Thursday. Orders placed Thursday through Sunday are shipped out on Monday.
Are these prices in U.S., Canadian, or Australian Dollars? Our prices are in U.S. Dollars.
Are your products refundable? Due to the customization of each order the slime products are non-refundable.
Will my slime get sticky? While traveling your slime may get sticky. You can fix your slime by adding the packet of borax you received to 1 cup hot water. After mixing the borax and water together for about a minute, add the borax water to your slime 1 tablespoon at a time until its no longer sticky! You will need to knead the slime and borax water together.
Wholesale availability? Yes, our slime is available for wholesale purchase! Contact us to learn more.
Stiff slime? This is very rare but can easily be fixed. Add a little lotion to your slime and it will bring it back to life!
I ordered blue raspberry slime with the foam beads. It smells so good and even came with a cute little surprise inside. I love this slime. 12/10 would recommend. Can’t wait to order more!

For the past two years my love for slime has grown tremendously so I thought it would be a great idea to start my very own slime company. Being a business owner has been a dream of mine and my ultimate goal is to be able to give back to the community and save up for college.
